Ideas and Concept Art on the Wirral

Most clients, when they come to us for planning services, have a rough idea in mind for their project. Our role is to turn that idea into a practical and workable design. We start by providing hand-drawn sketches that give a general, high-level impression of what the finished building may look like. We normally create a few of these, before our client settles on one that they wish to proceed with.

Blueprints and Technical Drawing on the Wirral

For most projects, this is the final stage of planning and it is easily the most detailed. Blueprints and technical drawings are the designs that any builders or contractors will follow during the construction process. They cover everything down to the last detail, with precise measurements for each part of the build. We use CAD software to create accurate floor plans, elevations, exploded diagrams, and more, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
