Produced whilst working at Ryder Architects

This project provided a series of buildings (94,000 sqft) which provided educational classrooms and various support and ancillary accommodation.

The existing site context was very constrained due to existing buildings which resulted in a complex phased construction process and presented numerous planning issues.

Construction works commenced on site in July 2008 with:

– Phase one, building three, completed in March 2009;

– Phase two, building two, completed in November 2009; and

– Phase three, building one, completed July 2010.
